Workshop instructors and their teaching

Michaela Hernychová focuses mainly on flow and the dynamics of movement. She works on transforming movement material depending on different musical genres. She explores different sizes of movement and how to cover as much space as possible with movement. Dance should not only be a technique and a means of expression, but also fun and relaxation.
Michaela's style example

Natálie Arnoštová focuses on the musicality and fluidity of movement when teaching choreography. She teach improvisation as well, through which she helps dancers find their own way to new movements. Natálie also teaches street dance styles, from which she draws energy and some step combinations for her contemporary lessons.

Monika Plachá focuses on improvisational exercises and choreography. When teaching choreography, she chooses the level of difficulty so that it is easily achievable and useful for everyone. In her lessons, she likes to share her own perception of dance and movement in space with others.
