New instructors, new courses, and a new fitness programme for the whole family. Our studio’s programme for the upcoming season is sure to catch your attention. Whether you prefer dance styles ranging from street dance to ballet or enjoy a variety of fitness activities offered through Open Class sessions, you’re sure to find something you love in our new schedule.
New at our studio: Family Weekend – a fitness programme for the whole family offering you and your kids a fun and beneficial way to exercise together.
Two classes take place simultaneously: your kids can enjoy Fit Kid lesson while in the second studio you can enjoy Strength Training for adults.
Fit Kid is a programme for kids aged 6–11, combining fitness exercises and games in a fun and engaging way. It focuses on teaching correct movement and breathing techniques and on preventing potential movement and postural imbalances in children.
Strength Training for adults (running alongside the Fit Kid class for kids) incorporates the principles of DNS – Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, developed by Professor Pavel Kolář. The programme focuses on improving muscular strength, endurance and overall physical fitness.
By taking part in Weekend, you will support both your own health and your kid’s healthy development. Family Weekend is a meaningful way to spend nice time together.
