She works as a lecturer at the Faculty of Social Sciences of Charles University.
During Pilates classes she prefers a pleasant atmosphere, smiles and good mood on the way to a healthier and stronger body and a balanced mind.
After an injury, Pilates helped her get back in shape and find life balance again.
