During contemporary dance lessons, I focus mainly on flow and movement dynamics. I like to work on transforming movement material depending on different music genres.
I try out different sizes and ranges of movement and try to cover as much space as possible with a given style of movement.
Dance should not only be a technique and a means of self-expression, but also fun and relaxation.
I prepare children's lessons according to this principle as well.
