Smržová Bára
Her approach to the dance is rooted in Contemporary dance techniques. She focuses on rhythm and the dynamics of movement, floorwork, and finding her own unique way of working with movement.
Dance is everything—play, fun, relaxation, and self-expression, as well as mastering technique and gaining control over one’s own body. All of this is done in close collaboration with music.
Professional Experience
At the Contemporary studio, she teaches children ages 4 to 18.
She attends dance workshops and classes taught by dancers from 420people, Lenka Vagnerová & Comp., and others:
