Barre is a type of exercise inspired by classical ballet, Pilates, and yoga. It focuses on strengthening the deep stabilizing system, improving posture, balance, and flexibility. It is performed to dynamic music, which is why the exercise is also suitable for improving fitness and physical performance.

It is practiced at a ballet barre and primarily involves leg work and small, controlled, precise movements. It draws inspiration from ballet with plié (half-squat) and relevé (toe-point) positions. High repetitions with low load are typical.

In Barre, we try to emphasize the completion of movements to form long, lean muscles. We use our own body weight and exercise aids (over balls, terra bands, magic circles, dumbbells, etc.). The lesson is divided into exercises at the barre and strengthening on the mat.

Barre is a class where you breathe in at the beginning and breathe out at the end. You will have a great time. With regular exercise, you will soon see results in your body. Toned muscles and a slimmer figure. One of my principles is: Your results are my results as well. I will never let you exercise incorrectly.
