Dancehall
beginners
A new party dance from Jamaicca, inspired by the reggae music. Using the hard beats and faster rhythm, it evolved into a new style called Dancehall. It is a very sexy dance, drawing upon isolated hip and pelvis movements and the "afroshake." It is very popular with women but men dance it too, though the style is more manly to suit their character.
Recommended equipment: sports clothing and indoor shoes with white soles.
